Villa Sandemarie costs from 199 euro per night for 4 people. Each extra person is 25 euro per night, so for 11 people that comes to 374 euro per night. The minimum stay is 3 nights.
There is no booking button. You send a request with your dates and the number of people, and we answer personally. That takes a little longer than a platform, and it saves you the service fee.

Questions about the villa
The nightly rate excludes 7 percent tax and 195 euro cleaning. Water and electricity run through the 500 euro deposit, which is settled with you at the end of your stay. There are no service fees, because you book directly with us.
The home page has an availability calendar showing the booked periods. Pick your dates there and send the request. We always confirm ourselves, because a calendar can lag a day behind.
Because we rent the house out ourselves and are not a company with a front desk. Every request is read by someone in the family. That costs you a day of patience and gets you a conversation with the people who know the house.

I would highly recommend this villa! We were three couples with children aged 4 and 5. It was perfect. This is a beautiful large villa with an open-air space upstairs. 5 beautiful bedrooms. Air conditioning in every bedroom. A wonderful large pool too. The property is true to the photos! On top of that, the villa is in a lovely and very quiet area.

Had a great holiday on Curaçao. Villa Sandemarie was exactly as expected. A good location close to Jan Thiel, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, a nice big pool and a beautiful large terrace on the first floor with, thanks to the elevated position, a stunning (far-reaching) view over the Spanish Water and towards the Tafelberg. Definitely recommended when you go on holiday to Curaçao with a slightly larger group.
